Who we are

Music League Stats is an independent tool for analysing Music League export data. It is not affiliated with Music League. The service is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom.

What data we collect

• Your email address and a hashed (not readable) version of your password when you register
• Music League export data you upload, including player names, song submissions, and votes from your league
• Basic usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration — no personally identifiable information)
• Billing information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

How we use your data

• To provide the service — generating stats and charts from your uploaded data
• To manage your account and subscription
• We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising

Third-party services

• Fly.io — hosts the application and database in the EU (London region)
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. See Stripe's privacy policy
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, or for any other privacy-related query, please use the contact form.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including uploaded league files is permanently removed.
